CrossPoint Church

Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, PA


Design of the parking expansion areas taking into account the potential future building expansions which may occur in the future.  Work associated with this project included the construction of the proposed parking facilities, access drives, various utility connections, stormwater conveyance and collection of facilities as well and the construction of two detention/infiltration facilities.

West Shore Evangelical Free Church

Monroe Township, Cumberland County, PA


Provided master planning and site engineering design for this 92 acre complex.  The church intends to construct the worship and ministry facilities in three phases, eventually encompassing over 350,000 square feet.  Additionally, recreational facilities including multiple athletic fields, landscaped gardens and a walking trail, ten residential units for mission housing, and a maintenance and storage facility make up the balance of the improvements.  More . . .

Antique Automobile Club of America Museum

South Hanover Township, Dauphin County, PA


Contracted by AACA Museum, Inc. to perform all site design aspects for the 25 acre property located along Hershey Road approximately two miles north of HersheyPark.  For this project, JMB was involved in the lot subdivision which created three individual properties as well as the design of Museum Drive.  The three lots of the subdivision have been developed as Springhill Suites Hotel, Antique Automobile Club of America - Hershey Region, and the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum.  More . . .

South Side Elementary School

Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, PA


J. Michael Brill & Associates provided site design of the building's and parking lot's addition to guide the site contractor's earthmoving activities in such a way to skillfully prevent accelerated erosion and resulting sedimentation at this existing elementary school located on only 11.94 acres in suburban Dauphin County.

Mountain View Elementary School

Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, PA


When this elementary school needed to expand their building and associated parking facilities to meet the needs of a growing community, JMB was awarded the land development plan.  Included was the skilled design of a subsurface stormwater detention facility on this existing property that previously did not contain any stormwater attenuation facilities.  The school property contains only 5.82 acres in a residential neighborhood.

Camp Hill United Methodist Church

Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland County, PA


Our firm designed the land development plan for the Church's 18,800+- square foot building expansion built on 4.811 acres of their existing property.  A combination of creative erosion control measures were implemented during and after construction to stabilize or prevent advanced erosion from critical areas.  Temporary vegetation was established on all slopes, on stockpiled topsoil and, on all disturbed areas left unstabilized.

Saint Katharine Drexel Church

Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, PA


Provided site design and engineering services for the initial construction of the parish worship and ministry facilities on 9.20 acres located in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.  When the parish wanted to construct an addition to provide much needed ofice and classroom space a decade later, they again turned to JMB to provide site design and engineering services. More . . .
